We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to begin or grow a career in Human Resources.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide hands-on support across recruitment, training, employee records, HR reporting, and general administration. You'll also be involved in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, giving you a broad experience of HR in action.

Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding: job adverts, interview scheduling, contracts, and inductions
Maintain accurate HR records, absence tracking, and HR reporting
Coordinate training sessions and keep training records up to date
Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews and leavers
Support HR projects, engagement activities, and day-to-day administration
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and managers
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially
