Role Summary




As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Shared Services team across the UK & Ireland. This position ensures accurate and timely HR administration, compliance with GDPR, and contributes to delivering an exceptional employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and provide essential support in recruitment, payroll and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support



Manage job postings and maintain job boards. Schedule interviews and prepare interview packs. Assist with end-to-end recruitment administration.

Onboarding & Documentation



Prepare contracts and new starter packs. Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.

HR Data & Compliance



Maintain HR and payroll systems with 100% accuracy. Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies. Support HR audits and reporting requirements. Assist with equality returns

Payroll Administration



Assist with preparing weekly and monthly payroll.

Employee Support



Respond to employee queries and manage the HR mailbox. Organise meetings and take minutes when required.

Person Specification



Essential



Previous experience in an HR administrative role. CIPD Level 5 or working towards qualification. Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths. Strong organisational and time management skills. High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Flexible and collaborative team player. A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and follow tasks through to completion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable



Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
