We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Employee through the recruitment process, this includes compliance with employments laws and working inline with CQC regulations.
The role ensures HR and company policies and practices align with organisational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment processes
Conduct comprehensive pre employment checks
Arrange and oversee the interview process
Coordinate new employees into the team
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Set up online training
Act as a point of contact for employee HR related enquiries
To ensure all staff are up to date with training
To keep all staff files updated
Available to answer the phone when required
Setting up company workphones
To transfer paper files to a software system in the near future
Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR administrative role within a busy environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills--both written and verbal--to liaise confidently with all staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
