Happy Futures are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work as part of a Human Resources team to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to our company, with a keen focus on recruitment and onboarding.
A great administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills. They should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to have a proficient understanding of administrative tasks and processes and be able to work with a range of IT systems including the Microsoft Office package.
Responsibilities:
Uploading and maintaining job adverts on the various online job sites.
Assist with the pre-employment checks and on-boarding process for new starters.
Ensuring staff files are kept up to date and assist with file audits.
Undertake general HR administration duties.
Provide support for setting up meetings and note taking during meetings.
Ensuring HR databases and spreadsheets are kept up to date, including sickness, return to work forms, DBS renewals and flexible working trackers.
Essential Requirements:
Proficient in computers and processing (especially use of the Microsoft Office Package).
Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, problem solver and attention to detail is a must
Good knowledge of relevant HR procedures.
Good Knowledge of recruitment and selection process
