The Impact You'll Make



As our HR Administrator, you are a vital part of our Head Office function, ensuring everything behind the scenes is perfectly organised. Your work directly ensures our frontline staff are compliant and supported, allowing them to focus on changing lives every day.

What you'll be doing (Specific Duties - Keeping Us Compliant and Organised!):



Supporting New Team Members:

Being the welcoming point of contact for new staff. This involves handling all the essential paperwork--like contracts, offer letters, and setting up interviews.

Manage all critical compliance checks

(DBS and right-to-work verification) to ensure we always meet legal requirements.

System Expert:

Becoming a pro at using our

Healthbox HR System

, you'll input data, keep records accurate, and run reports to make sure we are always compliant and up-to-date.

Tracking Success:

Helping our managers keep track of new colleagues by monitoring and chasing up those crucial

3 and 6-month probationary reviews

.

Training Champion:

Keeping an eye on our

My Learning cloud system

to ensure everyone is completing their required training.

Daily Tasks:

This includes managing the HR inbox, answering day to day staff queries, and keeping all our electronic files perfectly in order.

Providing Support:

Providing wider support to the HR team, assisting with projects from the Head of HR, and helping out with other general admin tasks as needed.

You are a great

organiser

. You communicate well, you are clear, warm, and professional. You are comfortable and skilled with

IT

, especially the

MS Office suite

. You have experience delivering HR admin support in a busy, fast-paced environment. You are great at managing your time, prioritising tasks, and working effectively with minimum supervision. You understand the importance of

confidentiality

. You are willing to be flexible to meet the needs of our amazing services.

Desirable, but Not Essential:



You have, or are working towards, a

CIPD Level 3

qualification.
