Job Description

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK.

We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold

Gold

accreditation.

We are currently looking to recruit a

HR Administrator

based at our

Telford

depot.

Salary:

28,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

Purpose



The

HR Administrator

will ensure all aspects of the departments run smoothly. They will assist with ensuring all reports and actions are updated and received in a timely manner. They will assist other members of the Tardis Management team to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Tardis standards and current legislation.

Key Duties:



HR Administrator will assist in all aspects of the role, including but not limited to, creating reports, checking trackers, requesting information for management, updating reports. Update and maintain accurate HR records for new starters, levers and any other HR function. Issue new start letters and COE. Obtain and document all employee details on Tensor as required for full visibility across the business. HR Administrator will deal with any queries as they arise and ensure action is taken to resolve. Assist in daily administration with the department, ensue all paperwork is updated and filled. Liaise with line manager to ensure any messages or emails are answered in a quick and efficient way. HR Administrator will attend meetings and take minutes, detailing to all with timeframes for actions Liaise with all areas of the business as and when required Check all paperwork for accuracy and completion. Carry out reference checks on all suitable applicants and place on file Liaise with Safewise or other governing bodies for any specialist support Manage and track all disciplinary's and investigations in line with company's requirements Monitor and feedback on all sickness and absences ensuring company policy is adhered to and action take where necessary.

You may be asked to carry out additional duties as and when required; you may also be required to carry out different roles if required for example due to staff shortage, holidays and sickness
