About the role:
We are looking for a new HR and Recruitment Administrator to play a vital role in delivering a seamless employee experience. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance across HR processes. This will include preparing contracts and letters to managing data and assisting with day-to-day queries. You'll also support recruitment activities, including sending offers, coordinating pre-employment checks, and ensuring new starters have a smooth transition into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Adding and updating employees records onto HR System
Preparing template letters, using the existing templates, such as confirmation of probation, change is terms and conditions.
Upkeeping the Personnel List spreadsheet
Maintaining the HR folders (Employee/ Offers etc), audit the compliance, and transfer data to HR System as and when required.
Sending weekly Employee information updates
Reviewing hr inbox, triage and assign emails to the right specialists/team members.
Assist with note taking in meetings, including formal meetings.
Managing offboarding process, producing leaver letters, and completing forms for payroll.
Helping with ad hoc projects and tasks, such as participation in surveys, questionnaires, generating reports on HR System and collecting data from different sources.
Onboarding process of new candidates, including sending contracts and offer letter
Carrying out pre employment checks for new starters, gathering I.D documents and taking references
Provide support on additional duties as and when required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in HR/recruitment administration, including maintaining accurate employee records and preparing standard HR documentation
(desirable not essential)
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Cascade or similar), with the ability to manage data imports and generate reports.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling queries and supporting stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Strong numerical skills and analytical ability for reporting and data management.
