Due to our continuous expansion we are currently recruiting HR Administrator to join busy HR team at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Be a point of contact for all HR-related queries
Draft, review and issue HR-related documentation, such as Holiday Request Forms
Ensure the HR database is up to date and accurate
Assist in the recruitment process, uploading adverts, screening CV's, produce documentation for new starters and induction
Ensure pre-employment checks are undertaken and monitor the on boarding on new starters
Liaise with Payroll, preparing and logging all payroll instructions and submit in time for the payrolls run i.e. starters, leavers and changes
Process resignations
Assist in formal meetings as required, such as Disciplinary and Grievances by taking notes and provide HR support
Monitor sickness triggers and provide regular reports
Timekeeping systems management
Adhoc duties assigned by management
Skills:
Experience of working in an HR environment
Strong administration skills with the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
A high level of confidentiality with tact and diplomacy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be resilient to change
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidentiality, and ability to build relationships easily, autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
CIPD qualification, would be an advantage
