Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? AAR is seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to support core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
As part of an international shared services team, you'll support multiple sites across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We work closely with each business unit to deliver tailored HR solutions that meet local needs, while maintaining consistency through shared processes and a unified company culture.
In our small but dynamic team, you'll gain hands-on opportunities to experience aspects across all areas of HR, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Reward & Recognition, HR Systems, Events and Compliance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator who's eager to build a career in HR and develop within a fast-paced, supportive, and globally connected environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our collaborative HR function, you'll help deliver seamless support across key areas:
Recruitment coordination: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication
Onboarding & offboarding: contracts, inductions, exit feedback
HR data management: maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Documentation: preparing offer letters, contract variations, reports
HR support: responding to employee and manager 'lower level' queries professionally
