Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the UK HR Manager by administering all aspects of HR and training activity providing an accurate and timely service to the UK teams in both sites.
Key Areas of Responsibilities will include
HR support
- be the first point of contact for HR support and advice from employees and managers, provide assistance in HR meetings such as disciplinary, grievance and attendance review meetings, and draft HR related letters.
Accuracy of Time and Attendance records -
ensuring accurate information is available for payroll, HR reporting, the T&A system and starters and leavers.
Administration of payroll -
process monthly payroll for Worcester and Staines, ensure that all employees are costed to the correct cost Centre for accurate cost analysis and budgeting and reports are sent to finance.
Recruitment -
provide assistance in recruitment process including booking and carrying out English testing, reference requests, issuing offer letters and contracts.
Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
- ensuring all documentation and systems are updating for both starters and leavers.
Provide a variety of Administration support
- filing paper and electronic files, liaising and booking clinics with Occupational Health, KPI reporting, supporting the consultation and information forum, processing HR related invoices, maintaining the fleet management, ensure company policies are kept up to date and undertake any tasks for employee benefits platform
Pension
- process any pension changes.
Training
- support the Training Officer with any HR related training.
Experience
Essential -
Previous experience in an HR Administration role is essential.
Experience of creating and analysing data with spreadsheets and intermediate excel working knowledge
A confident and professional communication style, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and managers and external partners.
Experience of producing starter and leaver paperwork and knowledge of requirements.
Desirable -
Previous T & A/payroll data experience.
Working in an environment that has audits.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work within a great team, both team and company-wide.
You must be able to work independently, but with the ability to escalate where necessary.
Strong and accurate data entry is required.
The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, often at a pace.
High levels of customer focus and positive attitude.
