OFFICE LOCATION: between York and Harrogate, YO26 9SS

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Hybrid working available

Own transport required

SALARY: 27,000 per annum

The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating HR processes, and supporting team members and managers with routine HR queries.

You will have:

Experience of working in an administrative environment or role (preferable but not essential) Experience of delivering excellent standards of service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise and manage own workload Excellent ability to work accurately and with attention to detail Ability to work flexibly and respond to change

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS



HR Administration



Maintain team member records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support the administration of recruitment campaigns, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding



Act as the first point of contact for end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing pre-employment checks. Coordinate onboarding for new starters, including paperwork, system set-up, induction schedules, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organisation. Support offboarding processes, including leaver documentation, system updates, and exit administration. Contribute to improving recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for efficiency and a positive candidate and employee experience.

HR Queries & Support



Respond to routine HR queries, escalating to the HR Officer or People Experience & Development Manager as needed. Provide timely and professional support to managers and employees.

Process Support & Compliance



Ensure all administrative tasks comply with HR policies, procedures, and data protection requirements. Support HR reporting by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Please note the successful candidate will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check
