Everyone TV is undergoing an exciting period of growth and we have a great opportunity for an HR Advisor. The People team works closely with the business and we help drive a people focused culture throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Main Responsibilities

Working to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide a professional advisory service and support with Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Employee Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Performance Management, case work and assist with the implementation of HR policies and tools for managers.

Are you the right candidate?

You\'ll have good technical HR knowledge, have strong interpersonal skills, be a real team player and have a professional and pragmatic approach. You\'ll be able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude even in the most challenging situations. You\'ll be CIPD qualified or have equivalent education/experience.

We embrace diversity and welcome applicants from all sections of the community. We offer 50% hybrid working, and salary will be dependent on experience and skills, with additional bonus up to 10%.
