Hr Advisor Graduate
Job Description
This role sits within our Human Resources Team, which operates across our London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, and Dubai offices, supporting the business internationally. The HR team is structured into several specialist areas, including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and the Responsible Business team.
As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you'll work closely with the wider HR team and key stakeholders across the business to provide guidance, support, and coaching. AG is committed to continuous improvement and innovation, so you'll play a key role in driving forward new initiatives, annual processes, and projects.
This is a varied, fast-paced, and diverse role within an inclusive, collaborative, and friendly team. You'll also benefit from excellent training and development opportunities, including sponsorship to complete your CIPD qualification, allowing you to gain practical experience while earning a professional qualification.
