Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in
HR systems development
,
process improvement
and
administrative support
. The ideal candidate will be ensuring that our HR technologies support efficient business processes and data accuracy. You'll also provide hands-on administrative support across HR functions, in addition to helping to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
Maintain documentation on HR systems processes and training materials.
Support daily HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Maintain confidential employee data in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
Support compliance and audit initiatives through documentation and reporting.
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend technology-based solutions.
Assist in designing and implementing streamlined workflows within HR operations.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the employee lifecycle through better systems and tools.
Person Specification:
Ideally 3+ years of working within an HR team, with experience in HR systems/HRIS development or support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
