We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our small Central Services team and lead an excellent function, in a standalone role that serves Groundwork Yorkshire and its subsidiaries. You will ensure the day to day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR deliverables and HR metrics are managed in an efficient manner. The HR Advisor will co-ordinate and contribute to the efficient running of the HRIS to support Groundwork to achieve their Business Plan targets, whilst coaching and supporting our managers. You will work closely with the Resources Team to provide an excellent service.
