We are urgently recruiting an experienced People Advisor to join our HR team on a 12-month temporary contract, starting immediately.



About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and confident

People Advisor

who can hit the ground running and provide effective HR support across the organisation. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, delivering guidance on employee relations, HR policies, performance issues, and general HR queries.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage a range of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability matters. You'll also support HR administration, contribute to HR projects, and help drive positive employee engagement and consistent people practices.

Key Skills & Experience



We are looking for someone who can start immediately and bring:

3+ years' HR advisory experience Strong communication and people-handling skills Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and use initiative High level of competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professionalism, enthusiasm, and resilience in a fast-paced environment Behaviour aligned with our values of One Team, Respect, Passion, and Customer Focus

Salary:

From 30,522 (depending on experience)

Temporary 12-Month Contract

Immediate Start Available

3% employer / 5% employee (after 3 months)
