We are very excited to have partnered with a top 20, global law firm based in the City to find them a dedicated and capable HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team.

This is a really incredible opportunity for someone who wants to further their experience within the legal industry, with the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team, lead on complex ER cases and deliver strategic people related initiatives. You will have the support of experienced and passionate Senior HR Business Partner\'s who will enable you to both learn from them as well as work autonomously.

More specifically, as an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Act as first point of contact for all HR queries and requests for your client group
Streamline and develop HR processes
Implement and participate in strategic HR projects, improving efficiencies within the team and wider firm
Lead probation meetings - administering paperwork where necessary
Lead on absence management - working proactively
Maintain accuracy of HRIS and ensure HR Admins are following process
Lead with ER cases - escalating where appropriate
Work closely with the recruitment team to support with business growth
Support employees globally - understanding local employment law
Promote a positive working environment, building out the firms culture
Support with training requests, managing the appraisal process
Lead on D&I initiatives

To be successful in this role, you must have strong and demonstrable experience within an HR Advisor role (ideally within a law firm or professional services) and be confident leading employee relations cases.

You will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure and have experience working with a variety of stakeholder.

You must also show passion and integrity in delivering an HR service and want to build a career within your next role.
