We are currently looking for a versatile and experienced HR Advisor / Manager to join our dynamic HR team based in London.


As an HR Advisor / Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for supporting our employees and management by providing thorough HR guidance across various functions. Your passion for people management, along with your ability to navigate complex HR challenges, will be key to fostering a high-performance culture at Statom Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on all HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Develop and implement new HR policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent for critical roles across the organisation. Lead employee development initiatives, including training programs and performance review processes. Oversee employee relations issues, investigating and resolving conflicts as needed. Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practice HR standards. Implement innovative HR solutions to drive staff engagement and retention.

Requirements



Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Manager, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and contemporary HR practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a significant advantage. Proficiency in HR software and management systems.
