HR Coordinator/Manager

to join us on a

part-time

basis and support our people operations.

The Role:

As our HR Coordinator/Manager, you will take ownership of HR operations across the business. This is a hands-on role that involves managing employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and supporting leadership with strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and HR best practices Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation and reporting Support performance management and employee development initiatives Advise on and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Manager role, ideally within a small-to-medium-sized business In-depth knowledge of current HR legislation and employment law Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a trusted advisor to leadership HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) desirable but not essential
