Job Overview


A leading professional law firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality HR service. This generalist role spans the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day HR queries and support line managers across the business Coordinate recruitment processes from advertising to offer stage Support onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development Handle employee relations matters such as capability, grievance, and disciplinary issues Maintain HR systems and ensure policies remain up to date and legally compliant Assist with HR projects and provide ongoing support to the HR Director

The Ideal Candidate:



At least two years' experience in an HR Advisor position CIPD qualified (or working towards) with sound knowledge of employment law Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and HR systems Previous experience in professional services is desirable but not essential

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
