Job Description



We are currently looking for a HR Advisor who will proactively maintain our HR information system, People First. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity and ensuring that all Thompsons employees have access to a reliable and comprehensive system which promotes self-service. This will in turn, develop and provide comprehensive people metrics to support in our People Strategy. More about the role

  • Be the first point of contact for the system, responding to employee and line manager queries.
  • Building a strong working relationship with our Payroll and Finance teams.
  • Ensure all users are trained to use the HRIS to get the most out of it and maintain accuracy.
  • Adhere to agreed SLAs with a focus on managing queries through to resolution.
  • Manage and maintain firm wide monthly people metric dashboards.
  • Produce, when required, weekly/monthly MI data/metrics/reports.

More about you
You will already have significant experience working in a similar HRIS related position, as well as advanced IT skills such as Excel/Power BI. Excellent customer service skills are also critical for the role as well as Previous experience of operating in a fast-paced employee focused HR role. People First is a product of MHR, therefore previous experience of working with MHR/Itrent would be advantageous.
