Job Description

The HR Advisor (Temp) will provide essential support in the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering smooth operations.

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
  • Provide first-line support for employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
Our client is looking for a temporary HR Advisor for their office in GlasgowBased in Glasgow - 3 months plus and could go perm hybrid
A successful HR Advisor (Temp) should have:
  • A solid understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices.
  • Experience in administrative or HR-related roles, preferably in Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
