We are looking for an HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of HR administrative tasks, payroll and finance duties, invoicing, and other office administrative functions.About the role

Invoicing and office admin tasks
Diary management, minute taking, and drafting follow-up actions
Updating and maintaining records and registers
Drafting reports and assisting in recruitment processes
Supporting the health and social care team in administrative tasks related to the care and support of young, vulnerable people
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinating training and development programs for staff
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Providing administrative support for case management and care planning activities
Liaising with external agencies and partners as assigned
Requirements
Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Studying towards and/or part-qualified CIPD or other finance qualifications would be an added advantage, but not required
Skills and knowledge in HR and finance roles are an added advantage, but not required
Understanding of the health and social care sector and the needs of young vulnerable people would be an added advantage, but is not required
