HR & Administration
team. This role is ideal for
students
and experienced candidates who have
payroll experience
and are looking to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.
Handle administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
Support internal communication and coordinate office activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Client Visit and Client Communication
Requirements:
Students preferred (flexible working hours available)
Must have payroll experience
Prior experience in HR/administration is a plus
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
