We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance and Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our compliance and human resources processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes
Coordinate and attend reviews and appraisals with line managers, documenting outcomes
Manage staff CPD (Continuing Professional Development) records
Oversee DBS applications and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures
Attend QA (Quality Assurance) meetings with school representatives
Monitor absence, leave, and staff training, keeping logs up to date.
Provide admin support for audits, reports, and internal policies
Act as a point of contact for HR and compliance queries
Skills and Attributes
Strong organisational and administrative skills

High level of discretion and attention to detail
Excellent communication and IT skills
A flexible, supportive attitude
Desirable
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Experience in education, charity, or safeguarding environments
Familiarity with GDPR, HRIS systems, and DBS processes
