Siemens Mobility Limited help to solve the problems of increasing traffic by working with railway operators to improve the capacity, punctuality and security of their systems and to ensure that the carbon footprint produced by transportation is kept to a minimum. As part of our Mobility division, you will be part of a team helping to design solutions and systems which have a real impact on the real world)
Joining our People and Organisation (P&O) team, this role has real breadth as your focus will be twofold.

And, working alongside the HR Business Partner for our expanding Rolling Stock and Customer Services businesses, you will get a real insight into their specific challenges and opportunities.

Embark on your journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic intern development programme. We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.

Working with the DEI Manager the intern will develop, plan and implement activities in support of our UK DEI priorities - specifically this will include: Supporting our fabulous employee networks in the effective delivery of their priorities, including optimising the internal and external communications tools and channels through the development of content which engages and raises awareness our all our associated activities Project management and collaboration with people at all levels of our organisation, including our Global DEI team Researching and analysing internal and external survey data and reports to spot trends and heatmaps, to identify focus areas and monitor the impact of our strategic priorities. Working with the Senior P&O Business Partner supporting Rolling Stock & Customer Services and Central Functions business, the intern will be involved in the following: Data Analysis: Analysing, and interpreting P&O data to support decision-making. Learn & Grow: Gain hands on experience on P&O Policies, learning & development and talent management. Collaboration: Work closely with the P&O Organisation and other business stakeholders to deliver P&O Strategic Objectives. Project Support: Contribute to various P&O projects that will span across SMO UKI as well other Siemens ecosystems in the UK to broaden the understanding and to support a more impactful learning experience
