About the role
The apprenticeship team is now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Management Assessor to join our dynamic apprenticeship delivery team. This is a rewarding and varied role, in which you will work closely with employers, apprentices and curriculum teams to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of HR and management apprenticeship standards.
Other duties will include:
Supporting apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours through workplace visits, coaching and reviews
Providing constructive feedback and setting SMART targets to support progression
Monitoring and tracking learner progress using online systems
Collaborating with employers to ensure apprentices meet the requirements of their apprenticeship programme o Supporting preparation for End Point Assessment and ensuring readiness
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for apprentices and employers. You will be well-organised, able to work independently, and confident in managing a busy and varied workload.
Candidates should also have:
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Management or a related discipline
An Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Industry experience within HR and/or management settings
Strong ICT skills, including experience using e-portfolios or online tracking systems
