HR and Office Admin Assistant

with some recruitment experience to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your recruitment background, develop broader HR expertise, and play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly.




Key duties and responsibilities:





Recruitment & Onboarding


Coordinate job ads, interviews, and candidate communications Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documents Assist with new starter inductions and onboarding processes Support offboarding and exit interviews

HR Support


Provide guidance on HR policies and employee queries Support performance reviews and maintain accurate records Conduct reference checks and manage benefit administration Maintain HR reports and employee records

Office Operations & Admin


Manage office supplies, post, and facilities Coordinate travel arrangements and support senior leadership with admin tasks Liaise with external contractors for office maintenance Help organise company events and support HR-related communications

Experience and qualities required




Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential (in-house or agency) Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking skills Warm, approachable, and comfortable working with people at all levels Proactive team player and solution-focused, with strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling sensitive information Tech-savvy - comfortable with HR platforms, MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools
