We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring that our HR practices align with the overall business strategy. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee recruitment processes, including managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
Supervise the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance management and employee development.
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and enhance the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data management.
Communicate policies, procedures, and best practices to employees at all levels within the organisation.
Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR topics to promote understanding and compliance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation.
Experience
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems is essential.
Experience in supervising teams and managing employee relations effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools, including ATS systems like Taleo.
A solid understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
