Job Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to support our organisation's HR function. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing support to the Group HR Business Partner and Director. Using our HR system to manage employee data, completing the on-boarding process from start to end, working with our business managers across the various businesses. Supporting the monthly UK payroll process for circa 400 employees. Whilst ensuring compliance with organisational policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in human resources and experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities



Provide expert advice on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and staff. Manage and maintain our HiBob HRIS system Oversee data entry related to employee information, attendance, and performance metrics with precision and confidentiality. Support our monthly payroll process to ensure accurate implementation of pay data Oversee the recruitment activities including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Support the HRBP and Director with any employee relations cases Oversee the off-boarding process Deal with day-to-day enquiries from the business relating to HRIS corrections, payroll enquiries etc.

Experience



Proven experience working within human resources. Demonstrable proficiency with HRIS platforms, HiBob would be advantageous Payroll experience Excellent organisational skills combined with attention to detail in managing employee information and documentation. Knowledge of human resources best practices alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong Communication skills both verbal and written Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not mandatory

Required Qualifications



Working towards or achieved CIPD Level 3
