HR and People Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of day-to-day HR operations across our care services.
Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and relevant care sector regulations.
Manage employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle -- from advertising to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and people strategies.
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
Provide advice and support to managers on performance, conduct, and development.
Oversee training compliance, induction, and ongoing learning plans.
Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an HR (ideally in care or healthcare but not essential).
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills -- approachable, fair, and diplomatic.
Able to work independently and support a growing team.
