Hours: 37.5 per week (permanent, flexible working available)
Salary: 25,000 - 29,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Hybrid Working: 1 remote working day per week

As our HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in a small but busy HR team, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and helping deliver HR services and projects to our growing organisation.

About us
Berrycroft Community Health Centre is a large, forward-thinking GP practice with around 80 employees. We are proud to be a training practice, with a strong focus on development for our staff. In 2021, we successfully merged two practices into one site, and we continue to grow.
You will work closely with our HR Advisor and receive regular support and training from an experienced HR consultant on a weekly basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn and develop in a supportive space.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting all aspects of HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Processing new starter and leaver paperwork
Coordinating monthly HR reports and payroll information
Monitoring and recording employee absences
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and line managers
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintaining training records and compliance systems (CQC requirements)
Assisting with induction for new employees and student cohorts (GPs, nurses, paramedics)
Producing contracts, letters, and documentation including pay reviews
Assisting in delivering the HR people plan and wider projects
Criteria
CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in HR-related tasks (Essential)
