We are looking for a professional, warm and flexible individual to support the recruitment, onboarding of new staff and other administration aspects within the Quality team. We are a creative, friendly and high-quality organisation that support individuals in their rehabilitation following an acquired brain injury. All our staff contribute to helping people recover from a life changing injury, and as a team we make a real difference.

Our emphasis is 'developing people' and this means the people we support as well as all our staff. We are open to applications from people from different backgrounds and experience. This role could be full-time, part-time or a job share.

We were awarded the highest-level award in the 'Investors in People' accreditation scheme. It is extremely rare to achieve this at entry level, and it is testament to the investment we give to the staff, their work environment, the people we support, their families and the broader community we are based in.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting our aims of providing exceptional quality and rehabilitation to the people we support.

The role includes:

Managing all aspects of recruitment including co-ordination of training and initial schedules Finding creative solutions within recruitment to ensure we are dynamic and attracting the right individuals Creating recruitment adverts and posters for recruitment campaigns Attending a weekly care hours call, providing updates in recruitment to managers and directors A presence within our services at least once a month, to ensure we are integrated and understand the requirements of our services Weekend cover for our recruitment inbox on a rolling rota Writing reports, collating data, typing minutes Organising meetings and training Some basic auditing Giving a warm welcome to staff attending training and other events Updating spreadsheets Being a 'port of call' for queries Making phone calls and collecting items for the services Processing staff expenses Processing petty cash spends Helping with events in the services as required Being an overall quality and wellbeing champion

Base:



Rotherham, but the individual will be required to travel to locations in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire (agreed out of base travel costs will be covered) at least once a month.

Desirable qualities/skills/ experience:



A driver with access to a vehicle Willingness to work within the support team to develop experience/understanding of rehabilitation and the health and social care sector Previous experience of working within a team Administration experience Creative Willing to have direct engagement with service users
