StanleySmith Case Management are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly office team in Ivybridge, Devon.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Recruitment Advisor to support our Case Managers and office team. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be responsible for recruiting highly skilled support staff who deliver quality care to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring we identify and deliver the right talent to meet client requirements while providing a high-quality candidate experience.

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and support staff who need current and timely guidance, advising on HR and recruitment matters. You will support the SSCM team with office administration, working on client and support staff files and ensuring documentation is current.

You will liaise with external HR providers to ensure quality outcomes. Continued professional development will be obtained through attending regular HR seminars and forums, maintaining your knowledge so it remains up to date with changes to employment legislation. StanleySmith Case Management believe in continuous improvement and will be happy to support your HR career by exploring training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and experience required:



Employment law knowledge

Experience of recruitment and implementing HR processes

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace

You will be expected to use IT such as email, word, excel, internal systems. Training and support will be provided as necessary

Pay: 28,500.00 per year
