Based at our Chester head office, you'll work closely with the Head of HR and Workforce, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations across our growing care services. You will also

line manage a HR and Workforce Apprentice

who will support you with administration duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment while making a genuine difference in the care sector.

Your Role as HR and Workforce Partner:



Coordinate recruitment activity from advert through to appointment Support line managers with HR queries and recruitment planning Draft and manage HR documentation including contracts and onboarding materials Support HR projects, policy reviews, and data reporting Maintain accurate and compliant records Line manage a HR and Workforce Apprentice, ensuring they are supported and developed Champion our values and ensure a great candidate and employee experience

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a HR, Recruitment, or Workforce Administration or Advisor role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A confident communicator who builds positive relationships Enthusiasm for working in a values-led, care-focused organisation CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
