About the Role:
As our HR Apprentice, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive team, helping to take care of the people who make our business great. You'll earn while you learn - gaining hands-on experience and studying towards a recognized Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship qualification.
Every day will be different. You'll work on real HR tasks that support recruit, employee relations and develop employees across the company.
What You'll Be Doing:
Posting job adverts, schedule interviews, and welcome new starters
Supporting HR administration by keeping records up to date and accurate
Learning about HR policies, payroll, absence management and more
Answering questions from staff and helping them find the right information
Getting involved in exciting HR projects such as wellbeing and diversity initiatives
Monitoring the HR inbox and incoming calls
Studying 20% of your time towards your apprenticeship qualification
What We're Looking For:
Ideally you will have some experience in administration or a customer service environment, other than that we just need lots of enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine interest in people which is built on a foundation of:
Good communication skills - written and spoken
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Organizational skills and attention to detail
GCSEs (or equivalent)in English and Maths
