- Who are we looking for?
Overview:
We are seeking a HR Assistant Administrator to join our growing team. Within this role they will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR & Payroll department and to assist with the initial onboarding of new employees. In house training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with weekly time sheet checks and calculations to aid the preparation of the payroll process.
Preparation of new starter packs.
Assisting with new starter inductions.
Monitoring employee annual leave and absences.
Assisting with employee general queries.
Filing.
Answering the telephone and responding to emails.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
A strong team player.
Good numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Competence in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience of Time Sheets and the calculation of employee hours would be advantageous.
Previous knowledge of Big Change (Job Management Software) would be beneficial but not essential.

The role will be subject to a three-month probationary period.
Due to our rural location, applicants must have their own transport.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
