Job Description

HR Assistant

The HR Assistant is a direct support of the HR department and will focus on the end to end recruitment company wide for permanent and casual worker loads. Collating and distributing weekly communications, maintaining notice boards ensuring they are all kept up to date with relevant communications and coordination and coordination of annual occupational health surveillance.

Primary Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment, including advertisement, liaising with recruitment agencies, short listing of applicants, interviewing and relevant testing of candidates Administer pre-employment checks and HR administrative tasks Preparation of offer letters/contracts/amendments to contracts Employee data analysis and producing reports Collating and distribution of weekly comms Ensuring all notice boards are maintained with up to date information Assist in the induction of new staff Coordination of annual occupational health surveillance and maintaining documentation Supporting Employee Engagement Activities and promoting Diversity and Inclusion
Knowledge and Skills:

Experience in working in a fast paced HR department Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities using strong organization and prioritization skills High degree of integrity while working with confidential information discreetly and appropriately Ability to rely on experience and judgement to work independently to prioritize and accomplish daily tasks Strong computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Detailed, accurate, and organization
Education and Experience:

3-5 years of related experience HRM Database Knowledge Experience in recruitment and onboarding CIPD Level 3
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
