Responsibilities
Assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Support candidate communication and maintain recruitment records.
Help create and publish marketing content (social media, internal updates, simple graphics).
Cold calling employers to bring on new vacancies
Assist with events, recruitment campaigns, and general administration.
Maintain accurate documentation to support operational and future compliance needs.
Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Skills
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Interest in HR, marketing, and compliance.
Basic experience with social media or content tools.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
Prior admin or support role experience is helpful.
