Pathway Group is looking for a proactive and organised

HR Assistant

to support the day-to-day delivery of HR administration and compliance across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in HR within a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will support the HR function with employee records, recruitment administration, onboarding, compliance and general people-related processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Preparing contracts, variation letters and HR documentation Supporting recruitment administration, onboarding and pre-employment checks Maintaining the Single Central Record, training records and HR trackers Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes, including note-taking Assisting with appraisals, CPD tracking and employee lifecycle processes Supporting HR compliance, including right to work and DBS checks
Essential requirements:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to manage workload and work with confidential information
Desirable:

CIPD Level 3 or working towards Experience in education, training or a regulated environment

Pay: 24,000.00 per year
