HR Assistant/Coordinator

to join our Human Resources team.


What you will do:




Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Support payroll, benefits, and absence management processes. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities. Contribute to HR initiatives, including performance reviews, training, and employee engagement. Draft HR documentation in line with company policies and employment law. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

About you:




Previous experience in HR administration or coordination (desirable). Strong organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
