This role will focus on first line advice to managers in relation to Policy, Pay and Reward, providing clear and accurate information about HR policies, practices, initiatives, and procedures. It will also provide general support in the delivery of HR services across the four directorates within the council.
The post-holder will be required to have, be undertaking or willing to undertake the Level 5 HR Apprenticeship.
