About us:

Nathan's Wastesavers Ltd is part of the Textile Recycling International (TRI) Group - Europe's largest and most respected textile recycling company. We employ over 1,000 people across four UK sites, with around 300 people located here in Denny, where almost 5 tonnes of textiles are sorted and graded each week. These are then sold and exported all over the world.

Responsible for:

Providing high-quality HR administrative support to the on-site HR Manager, heavily supporting the NWS site and the wider HR Group team when required.

Responsibilities:



HR Administration:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee record management. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation

Employee Relations:

Support the HR team in addressing employee queries, concerns and grievances; assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and engagement

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment legislation; prepare regular HR reports for management review

HR Projects:

Assist with various HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement surveys and wellbeing programs, while collaborating with HR colleagues across all sites

Data Management:

Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information

Training and Development:

Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to development opportunities; maintain training records and assist with training evaluations

Induction training:

Attend new starter induction training and deliver the HR section to new starters in conjunction with H&S Manager

Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity Familiar with HR policies and procedures, including knowledge of employment legislation Hungry, humble, and people-smart Excellent communicator and team player, fostering alignment across teams and entities Resilience under pressure, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results Ability to work independently on tasks with little supervision

Experience and Qualifications



Proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in HR functions Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting would be advantageous
