Daily Duties:
Be able to liaise with the HR advisors and follow the recommendations given.
Recruitment process from advertising, interview administration, references, induction and exit process.
Authorise, record, and provide statistics on holidays, attendance, and payroll.
Note taking for meetings.
Conduct investigations and meetings. Liaising with line managers when reviews are due.
Administer absence records and investigations.
Dealing with day-to-day HR issues from all areas of the business.
Helping to set up and implement training programs.
Administration of the employee and health and safety management system and surrounding records.
