About The Role

As a HR Assistant with Wren, you'll support employees and the management team and you'll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.

This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.

Main responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive HR support Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across sites Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice Fully responsible for long term sick absent management cases informal and formal stages Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team Delivery of ad hoc training with site managers Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you ###

About You

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

Good knowledge of HR and HR related procedures Strong communicator both verbally and in writing Ability to influence and constructively challenge Strong administrative skills Experience in collating and producing reports - including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Accuracy/ Attention to detail Basic knowledge of UK employment law Previous experience in either a HR related role
