35 hours per week (Monday to Friday), home agile based

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process, helping new starters feel welcome and set up for success from day one. You'll be the go-to person for guiding candidates through their first steps. You'll manage everything from preparing documentation and setting up systems to liaising with managers and other stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new starters. Prepare and issue employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements. Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing accurate and timely advice.

Skills and Experience



Previous experience in an HR support role is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems would be an advantage.
