Post responsibilities include:
To provide general Human Resource administration support to the Headteacher, staff and
line managers.
To provide support to the Headteacher, Governors and school staff on the application of Teachers and Support Staff Pay and Conditions of Service.
Assist with maintaining staff records in SIMS and school systems including inputting and maintaining employee data.
To administer HR activities associated with the entire employee cycle, including onboarding, changes to contracts and leavers processes, recruitment, employment checks, personnel files, absence management and personnel employee administration.
To assist with recruitment administration, including placing of advertisements, employment applications and ensure safer recruitment practices are met in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
