About the Role



We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant who thrives on supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences.



You'll be the key role in supporting the HR function at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, working alongside our Cluster Assistant HR Manager and General Manager to support the full employee journey--from hiring to engagement and everything in between.



What You'll Bring


Experience in an HR generalist role Knowledge of UK employment law Background in hospitality (a big plus!) Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems Friendly, organised, and solution-focused approach CIPD qualified or working towards it

What you'll do:


Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR support Guide managers and colleagues with empathy and accuracy Support recruitment, onboarding engagement activities Help resolve employee relations matters Keep records organised and support with HR projects
