Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities



Assist with data entry and management within HRIS platforms i Support the recruitment process by maintaining applicant tracking systems and scheduling interviews Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Manage employee records with confidentiality and precision Contribute to social media management related to employer branding and internal communications Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, updating databases, and handling correspondence Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate communication between departments and staff Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records Support HR projects by conducting research and preparing presentation materials

Requirements



Previous administrative experience, preferably within human resources or a related field Familiarity with HRIS systems such a Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in data entry and management with attention to detail Experience with Salesforce or social media management tools is a plus Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
