Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an understanding of human resources processes.
Duties
Conduct data entry for employee records and maintain accurate HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
Experience
Previous experience in human resources or a related administrative role is highly desirable.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
